Medlock don't do proper inspections and don't give energy efficiency certificate at all never received electrical certificate 2021, they don't do repairs properly and not at all in many cases, they just ignore you worst letting agency I've ever dealt with lots of complaints, and they ...

I have lived next door to a property managed by medlock estate for 11yrs. my advice to anybody wanting to use them to manage their property DONT DO IT. Every six month or so we get a new tenant worse than the last, we have had to endure all night partying, fighting in the street, stealing of parcels, filling up of 5 residents bins, police every other night, cars damaged, other neighbours windows smashed. This behaviour was not acceptable, why should my child who was studying for gcse's h ...

They could have been Honest and told the Truth and Not lied and made are Life's Hell for 8 Months it's a joke that they think they can get away with doing this to Good People.
