Mcewan Fraser are more expensive on fees than most estate agents, although we found them to be very reasonable for what was included in the price (such as the 8 till 12 / weekend working hours) this alone made it very worth while for us, especially with a young family.

MFL is expensive and if you don't go for the whole package and use your own solicitor there is a risk of having to pay £1500 fees again if the sale falls through and you want MFL to re market. However the conveyancing was efficient and Sylvia was easy to communicate with. The photos and on line presentation of our property was excellent and this attracted lots of viewings and interest very quickly so we feel the fees are a worthwhile expense.
