As a saleman, i thought i had negotiated a better deal, however it was based on a reduced fee with incentive to agent if they over achieved on sale..... Mmmn maybe boobed a bit there, as they got me £8000 above home report but overall couldn't complain too much about fees. Will i use them again ... ABSOLUTELY !!!

Fees were slightly higher than an equivalent estate agent but this made conveyancing seamless so worth the small extra. We looked at no commission type deals but selling an expensive house is too risky to do without great advice!

Are their fees higher than others? Yes. But... Did they estimate the worth of my property to be higher than any other estate agent in Edinburgh? Yes. Did they get me £15,500 over my home report value? Yes. Good service isn't cheap and cheap service isn't good.

The fees were slightly higher than other agents in the area but I think the added value we achieved was well worth it. Note there are various add-ons to their service which each increase the fee by .25pc above the base, but this is fair enough IMO.
