Fees could be found a fair bit cheaper elsewhere. I would say though that the quality in the schedule etc was fantastic compared to others and the availability of being able to contact the office was better than some other estate agents that I came into contact with.

Their conveyancing fee was very reasonable, I expected the charges to be much more, especially as you are receiving a full legal service. MFL is not some cheap, online, cutting-corners firm but their charges are excellent compared to other the local firms.

The fees were reasonable given the level of service. They were not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. I have a massive grumble about legal fees in general so I would never say they were good. However, in terms of competitiveness in the overall market very fair.

This one's a bit tricky. They tried to up-sell things that wouldn't really benefit this particular property, but after I expressed my concerns the agent was happy to reduce the fee to something which I was willing to pay. We didn't proceed with all the "bells and whistles" as my property wouldn't benefit from them. I'm sure they would be worth it for other properties.

There are cheaper estate agents and solicitors out there, and often accompanied by negative experiences and feedback. Buying or selling property is a huge financial commitment. With McEwan Fraser, you get what you pay for.
