Worst ever agent in Belfast... They take deposit on the first day itself once owner confirms application for intension of not returning it if tenancy application is not successful by any reason. And after referencing is successful and done somehow they reject application after 2 weeks ...

I'll never call these women again! All of them, useless workers with no organisation or knowledge of their own work. I've called them 2x for a viewing on different occasions for different houses and they always say it's grand, scheduling you for it, but on the next day it's actually not OK at all because they had already received a deposit for the place and just forgot to do a proper search about the house when I've called to enquire. Last time I've been guaranteed the viewing is still up, after ...
