Totally concur with the above comment. After one year our landlady who lived abroad decided to instruct Martyn Gerrard to manage her property. Electricians came to sort out the weird wiring to get an electrical certificate, so broke kick boards, damaged flooring, left holes in the wall, informed M G and no response. Damp, cracks on walls, sent a man who carved a hole in the wall and left it. Handle fell off a drawer in kitchen, soooo didn't want to ask them to sort it so tried to get one myself ...
