Expensive fees overall which was compounded by their apathetic approach to finding tenants. I gave notice to leave and was charged a fee of £270 as it was claimed the tenant finding service fee was due.

High charges when you enter the house that you need to pay if you want to keep it.
And keep in mind that they will charge you when you leave, no matter how clean you leave the house they will look for excuses as they know that we need the money back and we have not got the time to go for arbitration(which is a proccess that they need to accep as well otherwise it wont serve for nothing)
