Dear Deb, Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I have responded to your email to me today to try and explain that your tenancy (and deposit) was managed by your landlord. I will chase the landlord about your deposit return but sadly we don't had your deposit and you will need to discuss this with them. Your signed tenancy agreement does state that the property is managed by your landlord not us but if this wasn't made clear to you, I can only apologise. Hopefully we can get your landlord to organ ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
