This was my review - just an update! We have finally moved out of the flat, thank god! We have been 'allowed' to leave without any penalties, which suggests to me they knew they were wrong and couldn't fight us on our case. Very fair. Martin & Co provided a scanned copy of the agreement we'd signed prior to sale, when I asked for it. This was helpful towards the end (after house price adjustments had been made) when I was trying to work out costs.
