As an ARLA agent we are very aware of contracts! We were advised that the landlord wanted her property back and we were instructed to serve a section 21 on a family that were renting the property. They applied for a housing association property due to this happening for the 2nd time to them and wanting more security. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
