Well, the agency worker clearly has problem with understanding what has been written in my review. Please, feel free to highlight one line of my review where I've stated I have not caused damage? Additionally the funds can me removed from the deposit (as you have kindly and arrogantly advised is the correct word for that) without the consent if you're late with your reply, as it was in my case. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
