I have spoken to the negotiator that was conducting the viewing she was present throughout as she had a prior viewing at the same property. Our office called her to say that you were outside and told you to use the intercom to be let in, our negotiator released the door for you however when no one arrived she went out to investigate and no one was there, we do not know how you missed each other, however if you wish to re-book please call us. I am sorry you wasted your time however i am not sure ...

We respond to between 100 and 150 enquiries per week during this time of year, and respond to multiple requests each week for video viewings. With the reviewer choosing not to make contact,it is impossible to identify her/him. Although this person has written this feedback anonymously, we know it can only be one landlord. The property was handed over to us mid tenancy in a poor condition, and the landlord was against the idea of completing works to bring it up to a better condition, when it was re-let, hence it was not attractive to potential tenants due to its condition.
