Hi Eileen we were in the midst of a lockdown and explained that until the government allowed us to perform our duties we could do very little. We made two videos, took great photos of the property, put the property on all the major portals and social media however Immediately the lockdown for the property market was released you chose to go to another agent. This is our standard charge for marketing and you did not give us an opportunity to secure a good tenant for you. ...
