This firm has been caught falsifying bank statements, making up property repairs invoices and overcharging unsusceptible landlords. Apparently the overcharging is rife in the franchise. Thought we'd use this company again only to be very disappointed. My son travelled for 9 hours to his rented flat he saw on video to find the carpets are filled with stains in bedroom and living room. The bathroom tub is covered with black permanent black stains . The light fittings dusty, including the radiators and other areas. He took 3 hours or more to clean it. How can you let a property out like this. It's disgusting!!! I'm furious! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
