Hi Kathryn I am sorry to read your review and have checked our system and spoken to the person in the office you dealt with. You sent us an email at 11.49am on the 7th of January and we didn’t ignore you and emailed you back at 12.13pm on the same day sending you the referencing criteria our referencing company uses. Dear Madga. Thanks for taking the time to write all of this. Sorry I do have to disagree with 99% and feel that perhaps your obvious anger is due to the fact that you are losing all of your deposit, most of which I have to add is due to you not paying rent and the deposit is being held to cover your arrears. You have three toilets in the house and one of the toilets (a saniflow toilet) was blocked due to putting too much paper down. You still had two working toilets and while I appreciate ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
