Unfortunately this explanation is unfounded and beyond unacceptable. It may be worth re going over our correspondence as you may have us confused with another customer. In my experience of Martin&Co I was DEMANDED to pay £15,000 upfront with 2 months notice to not loose our home over the Christmas period. This was regardless and in total contradiction to any the on going tenancy agreement signed for the following year and the agreement we already had in place. Again in these correspo ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
