What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have actually communicated with me. I didn't even find out we had the place until 3 days before they wanted me to move in ( a week early ). That was only because I called them as well! They could have not ripped me off with hidden charges.

Incredibly poor and unprofessional. After acknowledging that there was a problem with our boiler, they arranged a plumber to come and fix it. However, they said that they were unable to meet the plumber without me incurring a call-out charge. Having had to take a day off work to meet the plumber, it emerges that they hadn't booked him at all and there was a 'miscommunication'. One week without hot water and paying £550pm - unacceptable and totally unprofessional! ...

From a market perspective we recieved the highest possible rent in the area without any months with the house sitting empty. We have had several tenants over the past 6 years and we have never had the property empty since handing this to Martin & Co to manage which is absolutely excellent.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
