I know there have been some teething problems at your new apartment, all of which we have remedied for you at the earliest opportunity.
The communal cupboard where the meters are housed were not accessible due the lock being forced locked. This had to be reported to the management company who manage the block. As soon as this was fixed, we were able to read the meters and provide readings.

I can only say the exact same thing! When we moved in, the washing machine was covered in mould and when I went to their office to show them the pictures we had taken, the director lady crossed her arms, saying, "No, I don't need to see the pictures. Just give it a wipe."
Well, the mould could NOT be removed with just a wipe and settled on our clothes when using the machine.

We work very hard for landlords, unfortunately in this case the tenants fell out with the landlord as she wanted to sell and from that point made life very difficult. We advised that the only way to sell would be to bring the tenancy to an end which we did. On checkout we acted on the third party inventory and made and agreed with the tenant various deductions.
