Rang re enquiring if my daughter could view a one bedroom flat. The man (he certainly wasn't a gentleman) asked where she lived now, and why couldn't she ring herself!!!!!!!! What the hell its anything to do with him I have no idea. Thank you for your review, we happy refund tenants application fees when correct information is provided on application. For example we recently had a client who attempted to get around our strict referencing process for a property. The individual gave false employment information. I was disappointed to read this review and so I called the writer. The entire buying time line for this buyer was 12 weeks from first viewing to completion - not too tardy in my opinion. As a first time buyer he was not familiar with the property purchasing process and it was clear from our chat that his dissatisfaction was more to do with the process than with our service. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
