What agent could do to change your mind?
There is a short time frame for Marsh and Parsons to redeem themselves and show they are capable of dealing with situations professionally. In this case for the Manager to actually visit the property, less than a mile from the office, The office to take responsibility for their inactions and actions, To advise constructively on the next stages and how to proceed, To suggest solutions and worst case scenarios, To remember the landlord is the client and is paying your wages not the tenant.
