When I first went into the office and dealt with them they were lovely, I'm assuming now that it's because they just saw me as money. This agency is the worst agency I have ever had the opportunity to deal with in my life. Poor customer service and communication,don't feel welcome(feels like you are the second category human being),not helpful at all if you have any problem..you are left by yourself with anything!for any response ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Try to put customer first! Being more professional and take customers seriously regardless any nationality!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
