What agent could do to change your mind?
Train their staff in how to interact with people they are dealing with in a professional manner. Failing that, get yourself some new staff with people skills and your ratings will be vastly proved across the board.

As you are aware, your purchase was delayed due to the fact that the lease was renewed by the sellers as part of the agreement. This in turn delayed your mortgage application. Treat ALL customers fairly....do NOT pre-judge people.......be less patronising and more approachable.....I found them a barrier to purchasing my house and only overcame it by sheer determination!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Not manipulate prices just to gain a quick sale and actually care whether the seller can afford to move or not. My agent could have gained two sales had they been wiser and NOT pitched one neighbour's price against another. They annoyed me so much and made it impossible for me to sell or move at the low price they pushed me down to. They lost me as a customer and they gained my bad review and disapproval which I will carry with me forever.
