Johnathon, I appreciate your response however your facts as slightly incorrect. We were informed all offers would be put to the seller on the Tuesday to make it fair to all those interested. You went behind everyone's back and presented an offer on the Saturday which your seller took as they wanted a quick sale. We had a 2nd viewing booked for the Sunday, which was cancelled. Advice to all perspective buyers, when Mansell McTaggart give you a time frame, ignore it. Put your offer in there and th ...
