Thank you for your comments of which have been noted, to my understanding, you were overseas and could not book an appointment to view the property, within that period someone else viewed the room and placed a deposit. Unfortunately we cannot hold rooms for applicants without a deposit, I am sorry that you missed out and apologise for any inconvenience caused. ...
