In reply to Ms King, we would simply say that everything we said above stands and we are not going to be drawn down to their level in terms of talking of 'insults and spreading lies'. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been honest with me. I apreciate there may be the odd problem from time to time and gave them more then enough chances to rectify any mistakes that were made. However, continual lies, bad attitude and a flagrant disregard for the laws governing their operation mean that I would never ever trust them again with anything, especially not something so important as my home.

I had the same problems with the Waterlooville branch. I used their superior service which was a complete waste of time, only had 4 viewings through them in 12 weeks with no feedback and also 3 of them were time wasters! Very rude staff and even asked me to show people round to which I refused so the viewers turned up and I had to show them round myself because the agent didn't turn up! Do not use this estate agents. Mann Countrywide you should be shut down!!! Lets hope the recession does this! ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
