I just wanted to be treated fairly! I would have paid reasonable costs for the cleaning that was required. I would have paid for anything that was reasonable - even marginally inflated prices I would have accepted, but this is a clear rip off.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Better service, train your staff properly and get rid of any team member who is obviously incompetent. Stop charging stupidly high admin fees when I had found out by other agents (from where I come from) that the costs are a fraction of the price.

It is impossible to get insurance before you move in! Most letting vultures simply whisk you around the property in about 5 seconds flat before you've had the chance to consider what you would need to put down on an insurance application for it to be valid. ...

Could have been more honest from the start. if a landlord would prefer a different tennat that is their choice. Is their house after all. However we should have been informed, not led on. Really don't need the stress being 3zweeks pregnant!

Keep people informed of actions. If on the phone everything is still good to go, then it should be in person. If the situation has changed inform people. There were two occasions, where I spoke to someone who said things were all okay, and they already knew that it was not.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Had the agent called me within 24 hours of the missed appointment to apologise, rather than me having to call them, I may not have felt inclined to leave this review, and might have given them the benefit of the doubt. Additionally, had they offered a discount on their fees, I may have considered using them. Neither of these things happened, however, and I will not be using them, much less recommending them.

I agree - I as a buyer had a viewing in Abbey Wood; I had the email confirmation as well as the verbal agreement. It was an early evening viewing and I had to travel across London only to learn that the person did not book me in, despite my email confirmation, so no one knew of the booking and the girl who had made it was not around that particular day. A shambles that's all I can say. I got an apology - what is that worth when I had wasted the best part of the day travelling across town. ...
