What agent could do to change your mind?
Agents fees are, in my mind, exhorbitant anyway. ‚£400 for making a couple of phone calls and writing off for a reference or two. Also, ‚£100 for moving on a Saturday!!?? It's expensive moving into a new property anyway, so why add to the stress by adding extra charges. I never had this with Taylors.
