We are a totally independent estate agent run and staffed by conscientious, experienced people with excellent local knowledge, who are dedicated to selling your home, and will be able to guide you through every aspect of your sale. With a lettings office set up in 1986 and the sales office established in 1995, we have been moving people in and around Leighton Buzzard for almost thirty years.

The general admins fees are very expensive, although this is true across agencies. However would note that the Contract renewal fees of £90 only became aparent at contract sign and after we had paid our deposist - this is a lot of money to ask someone to pay again after 6 months. otherwise very good all round.

I will be honest, I think all agent fees are quite expensive, but I understand they use a third party who I assume they have to pay, the agent used were brilliant and kept me up to date with the progress, so in fairness compared to others it was worth the money paid (to a certain degree)
