Welcome to M&B Residential Lettings, an Agency that offers exemplary service and up to date local knowledge in all areas of the ever changing Lettings environment. We provide a Fully Managed or Let Only rental facility (subject to individual requirements) and our packages include full Inventories, Tenancy Agreements plus all additional paperwork. As M&B Residential Lettings are registered with the National Association of Estate Agents, ARLA, The Property Ombudsman, NALS and Safe Agents we are bound by a strong code of ethics and responsibilities providing peace of mind to our Clients.
We are always delighted to answer any letting queries that a prospective Client may have and offer a warm and professional welcome to both Tenants and Landlords.
