Our complaints procedure
At M-S Estates, we sincerely hope that you are happy with the service we provide. We aim to provide excellent service from start to finish for everyone. M-S Estates is an independent, local company and we believe that good service differentiates us from our competitors. However we recognise that we do sometimes make mistakes or get things wrong. This is why we have a complaints procedure.
We will deal with your complaint
If at any time you are not happy with the service you receive from us we want to know about it and we want to resolve the issue with you. Complaints are opportunities for M-S Estates to improve our service and we are continually trying to better ourselves.
How to complain
Step 1: Contacting us
We would ask you to contact one of our members of staff by phone. Usually the best member of staff to contact is the person who dealt with the matter you are concerned about. If you are uncomfortable with this, please feel free to contact one of the partners by phone as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
The partner’s contact details are:
M Sahota 0115 9120061
S Sahota 0115 9120061
Step 2: Registering a formal complaint
We hope that we are able to resolve your complaint by phone but if you are not happy with the response you receive, please write to the partners. Please include in your letter details of your specific complaint with dates and copies of any supporting documentation. You will normally receive a response to your letter within 7 days.
