Not overly happy with Gold Schmidt and Howlands fees, for tenancy renewal and also check out fees. They seem a little steep in comparison to the previous letting agency I have used. However this isn't really relevant as Somer doesn't work for this agency. The property was posted online with both agencies.

Max, Thank you for your kind words, Unfortuntely as your case for renting was not straightforward and we had to go through thorough referencing to be able to get you passed and to allow the landlord to grant the tenancy, the referencing costs were higher than normal, because we are quite diligent with our pre-tenancy program. We both hope you will be very happy in the flat and your welcome to come in anytime for a free cup of espresso or cold drink from our fridge! ...
