Dear SR, I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience, however I would like for you to know that we run a business model which is 100% focused on customer service & we take every compliant very seriously.
Having looked into this situation I have found the tenants had decided to stay on in the property, therefore the property was taken off the market the next day.
