A few years back I had a similar experience with Luff. I was living in a flat on my own and looking to move into a property with a male friend from work. We secured a property through Luff, paid for & passed the referencing etc but everything went very quiet on the lead up to moving day. iam having problems with them,,my landlord want to evict me after 4 months bcz i asked him to do some works at the flat,,and luff they did not do anything about it,,i have been charged around 500pound to move in and now they want me to leave the flat,,such a rubish service this agency,,thief,,,ect,,, ...
