Comment on agent fees

I think considering how close to the city centre a lot of the flats are based, I think the deposit and the admin fees are very reasonable. I have used other letting agents in the past and have found them to be money hungry whereas with 1st Key Lettings, that wasn't the case.

We rented a property from them, for 10 months, they were very accommodating and sorted the tenancy very quickly as we were in quite a rush. They brought round additional furniture when we asked for it and were always quick to carry out repairs....
