Elizabeth, Craig and Renee said this week they are building their business on an ethical stance by operating at the Highest Professionalism with some of the lowest commissions available. Their professional standards are reinforced by their membership of the Scottish Association of Landlords.
In support of their high professional standards they have unique State of the Art specialised rental software which matches properties to a database of potential tenants and tracks all aspects of the rental contract for thousands of properties; they have a Landlord’s Charter clearly detailing how they meet and exceed the service offerings of other agents; and they have now added with their new premises some excellent meeting rooms so that Landlords and Tenants can discuss their needs in comfort and privacy in both their branches in West Dunbartonshire and Helensburgh.

Thank you for your response and review. Chris does not take part in playground behaviour and bad mouth" other companies, its just not in his nature or our company's. I can confirm that we have no top floor flats "crawing?" with Ants, if this was the case then this would be an issue for the landlord, however, we would expect the Ants to ensure that their rental was paid on time and in full! Your comment regarding the middle aged woman seems personal, however is in fact slightly premature , ...

We can clarify that there is no criminal check required, there are two options for referencing, either through a third party where a cost is involved to them or alternatively you carry out your own referencing and supply our company with it. It is the norm for some form of checks to be done to ensure that a tenant is suitable and the affordability is there. All potential tenants are required to supply these details. With regards to the phone calls, we can confirm that all tenants to enquire b ...
