Deposit claim was put through SDS for broken glass door and cleaning of laminate flooring as items such as kirby's, coins, fluff, soiled areas and even a Balloon were present. Tenant disputed claim, adjudicators awarded claim to the agent based on the sufficient evidence presented. All was done in line with Legislation.
