Worst experience ever the agent has some sort of personality issue - told bare faced lies - mentally abusive taking ten to small claims court - in a state of disbelief ...

Been with lomond for 2 years. Still waiting on everything being sorted or replaced. The radiator began to leak in which I phoned them and was told someone was coming out that day! 3 days later and many soaked towels I got someone myself to fix it. They are the worst letting agency ever. Avoid. Also I have many friends who warned me. I should have listened due to their similar experiences. ...
