Dear Jen , I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with Logic and feel our service has fallen short in some way. In the event of a landlord and tenant mutually agreeing to end a tenancy earlier than expected, a good letting agent will still conduct a final inspection ( on the agreed move out date ) to asses the condition the property has been left in. Most tenants with notice will be ready and have everything in order for the agreed move out date, we cannot control those who don't. I have investig ...
