This company are truly vile human beings. I remember when we viewed a property to rent, we asked them if the cosmetic problems with the property would be fixed and they said yes which was a complete and utter lie. Once we moved in they just said that the problems would not be fixed despite telling us that they would be as this was a condition of moving in ! Every time we called them they were rude and aggressive to the point of actually shouting at me ! They really need to go on a course about c ...
