What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually fix the problems with the house we report to them. Stop spending their money to hold 'Free Pizza Events' and direct it towards more useful pursuits like replacing boilers that have produced no hot water in two months.

Hello, Paul! The property i rented was 2 Foss Bank, although that property is no longer managed by Loc8me. If this helps though, i am aware that many people who lived in properties managed by Loc8me during the same period as myself and were living in the West End area of Lincoln all had similar experiences to me. You may be able to find further tenant experiences from this period on the 'Overheard at Lincoln' Facebook page. ...
