I can only assume that this comment is from Lee who took Blackbrook, or your mum who dealt with most of your correspondence. because your the 1st and only complaint we've had for 6 months, it's interesting that you have chosen to remain anonymous. We are disappointed to read your review Wayne. The £230 fees you refer to were administration fees for yourself & your guarantor (which including VAT are rather low for the industry). Your frustration is borne out of the fact that you attempted to leave the property early despite still being in tenancy, without compensating your landlord as per the terms of your tenancy agreement. Have had my 2 houses let and managed for 8 years by lobster Lettings. Very positive experience all round. Very few problems, and any that I have had were dealt with and rectified straight away....

You generally get what you pay for, so I have no issue paying for good service. Fees have never increased in the 8yrs I have used them, on the contrary, I have been contacted by Lobster Lettings when a promotion came up that I was eligible for that entitled me to a small discount. Much appreciated.
