You talk complete nonsense Karen. I would understand if my review was the only bad review, however there are so many people complaining about you that you can’t single me out. Pubic hairs and grime? I am sorry to hear of your experience. Regrettably the property was let the day before your viewing.
The viewing was cancelled with notice sent to you at 9.32am that morning to the number given to us by yourself ending 618. The only other time we would not turn up to a pre-booked viewing would be because the viewer has failed to confirm the appointment when we call an hour before. We notify that if they do not confirm the appointment, we do not attend, due to so many "no shows".

We are disappointed to read your review. Having managed this property for 9 years, we have never advertised it with parking. On the contrary, 2 of our own members of staff have been given parking tickets because the viewings appointments have over-run the allocated parking time they have paid for on the road. They would not park on the road if they believed the property to have parking with it.

You pay 10 per cent per month for literally nothing. The website falsely advertises rent will be paid on time. In fact this is not the case. I am due rent from a property yesterday (last day of the month) but if I am lucky I may get it Tuesday. In my opinion an awful company, low on ethics and manners. I would advise any landlord, or tenant (after reading recent reviews) to seek an alternative

We are extremely disappointed to read your review Mr L. It appears you have misunderstood your rent due date. It is not due on the last day of the month as you have stated, it is due on 31st of the month. As April had no 31st (30 days in April), the tenants bank will always release payment on the next working day. Due to the bank holiday this was Tuesday 2nd May. As always, you were paid your rent on the same day Lobster Lettings received it, as per our agreement.

Yes as we where promised a months free rent at the begining because of the discusging state it was in when we got the keys even tho we where told it was going to be cleaned, then made out to be liars but it is you that lied and completely took the piss out of us!!
