Comment on agent fees
I find Living London always competitive with their letting, inventory, cleaning and gas certificate charges. I could get some of these costs lower by going elsewhere but the marginal difference in cost does not out weigh the service level and convenience of having Living London manage these elements on my behalf. Especially since I moved away from SE16.
