Comment on agent fees
The fees charged are comparable with fees charged by other Estate Agents, but are equal to 6 months of my Old Age Pension. Are the Agents charging too much or the Government paying too little? The valuation was way above what I accepted for the sale, probably because I suggested what I expected to get and they agreed rather than say I was optimistic. Selling a house is always stressful and seldom a seller gets what he/she expects. You have a good team at Exmouth do not spoil it by insting on feedback

What agent could do to change your mind?
We would have preferred for them to not get involved as much in they did. Our solicitors were both well paid to organise the situation. It was a stressful enough process without the added pressure by links. A contribution to a moving costs would go along way to changing our minds about them.Attached Filesnbsp;
