We are sorry your final experience with Hadden Rankin was not to your satisfaction, however we must point out that all tenants are given clear guidelines on cleaning when handing a property back. As you had 2 dogs in the property we have to ensure the carpets are professionally cleaned for any tenants moving in with allergies, this can be a very serious health issue for some people. There was no evidence of this, if you had produced receipts then we would have accepted you had had them done an ...
