It was cheap but what else would I expect for the horrible flat I stayed in, the property was old and run down and needed some serious work. Only took it because of the price, then immediately regretted it.

The agents have just received notification from the tenancy deposit scheme arbitrator, that they have concluded their investigation and ruled that the deduction is fair. They have written to the tenant several times and she has failed to submit any evidence backing up her claim. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been better at their job and not leave tenants without hot water or heating and say they could use a kettle

Been in the property now for 3 weeks. For the first 2 weeks I had no heating. Now I have heating as long as I don't want it on overnight. Had to ask for an inventory. When it arrived it was dated 28.06.2008. Nothing wrong with that you might think. Except that I moved in on 01.09.2009. The inventory did not reflect the condition of the property whatsoever. Many items had been removed or were heavily soiled when they were described as in good condition. No curtain rail gliders with w ...

good to start with, but a few years in seem to fudge your account, by adding money to it which you do not owe, and then clain no responsibilty to their mistakes, be careful, things like this make it hard for you to get another ...
