Tell the truth, be professional, become a member of a legislative body, took responsibility for his VERY bad practice. Learnt some manners.

This comment has not been put on the website from ourselves. We are a professional agent. We do not let ourselves into tenants properties without giving the tenant the 24hrs notice required and we do inspections every quarter (the tenant generally has at least one weeks notice of these). We give receipts when we take money and write on the receipt what the money is for and give it to the tenant. ...

We conduct inspections every quarter and the tenants have at least one weeks notice for these to happen and can fix a date and time when they would like these to happen. If landlords break the law then we step in and resolve the issues. In your situation Collette we informed the landlord to turn the power on immediately and he did. When tenants hand there notice in then we readvertised the property to find a new tenant for when the tenancy ends so that the landlord is not out of pocket for rent. We do not just turn up for viewings we will give at least 24hrs notice with a time and day. We do not claim for minor wear and tear incidents but damages to the property and rent arrears. We also have to go through the DPS for any claims as this is a government scheme and we legally have to adhere to the scheme's process. I do not ...

I do not know who any of you are but if a landlord first informs us that we will be managing the property and then changes there mind that is there prerogative. The landlord also informs us if it is going to be a long term let or a short term one and we have to go by what they tell us, unfortunately they can changed there mind. We are a professional company and go through the inventories with the tenants at the property both on the move in and the move out, the tenants get a copy of the move in ...

We are a professional company and in the contract the tenants have to have the carpets professionally cleaned on vacating the property. If this is not done then it will come out of the deposit. When a tenant hands in there notice then we put the property back on the market so that the landlord does not lose any rent we aim to find a tenant as soon as the tenant vacates. We are a professional company and we conduct our business in a professional manner. All deposits get lodged into DPS which is run by the government and we legally have to do this. We claim for rent arrears, cleaning of the property and any damages. We have to adhere to the DPS process when claiming and can not just take deposits so there must be a reason that you did not get your deposit back. ...
