I am sorry but we do not know who you are (as you have not used your name). We do have an in house complaint service that you could have used. I am sorry that you feel that you have had bad service from us, sometimes landlords want to let their properties furnished or part furnished and this property was possibly not suitable for your needs if you required an unfurnished property. Hi Marina, We do not charge on going fees every six months like some agents do, you can stay on the initial contract for as long as you wish on a monthly basis. However if you do want a new contract then the fee is £75 + VAT (£90) for a new contract to be produced, but as stated you can stay on the monthly contract for as long as you wish. Thanks ...

We do three monthly inspections and the tenants are advised at least with 24 hours notice in writing by text and letter. Thank you for your comments. Richard did have the keys on him of the front door but unfortunately the tenant had left her keys in the front door, so therefore you could not get into the property. The landlord then came across with the key for the back door so that everyone could take a look inside the property. We then had to go to sealed bids on this property and the landlord then choose which tenant he thought was right for the property and it was unfortunate that people missed out on the ...
