Leonard Leese cannot be held accountable for unsuccessful deposit deductions from a tenants deposit where there is not sufficient evidence to support the requested deductions. Leonard Leese do not make the final decision on the proposed deductions and will be made by the deposit scheme case examiner, whose decision is final. Tenants are to pay a deposit of five weeks rent where the annual rent is under £50,000.00.

If a tenant/tenants default on their rent payment, interest charges of 3% above the Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment of rent will be due from the date the payment is missed.
