Not to lie and not to ask so much money for the job that they did not do. Just make sure that the house is ready to be live in.

Dear Zec We are sorry that you were not pleased with the condition of the flat when you moved in. Your requests prior to your occupation were passed to your Landlord to carry out. As mentioned on the phone we were not managing the property and are not instructed by the Landlord to carry out any work.
